Document requirements
Your document must satisfy the following criteria:
- Documents must be submitted in PDF format. Screenshots, PNG, and JPEG files are not accepted.
- No shadows or light reflections
- Must be valid (i.e not expired)
- Signature is fully visible
- All four corners of the document are visible
- Your full name (given name + surname) must match the name on your passport
- Your document must be in English, Portuguese, Spanish, or French.
