When should I update my NIF address?

For non-EU residents, you may update your NIF address once you've relocated to Portugal and received your Portuguese residence permit after your AIMA appointment.

On the other hand, for EU residents, you may already update your NIF address once you've received your Certificate of Residency (CRUE) document.
