What can I use as proof of job title as a business owner?

If you are a business owner, the bank requires proof of your job title within your company. You must provide one of the following:

  • Declaration letter
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Paystub showing your position in the company
  • Letter from the Secretary of State’s office
  • Company's Annual Report

Requirements

  1. The first name and last name on the document must match the name on your passport.
  2. Must show a specific title such as CEO, Director, Executive Officer, or Manager.
    • Titles like President, Partner, Business Owner, Company Owner, Founder, Proprietor, and Shareholder are not acceptable.
  3. The document must be issued within the past 3 months.
  4. The document must clearly state the name of your company.
