How can I request a debit card for my Millennium account?

Now that you have access to your account, let’s help you request your debit cards! 2 debit cards are free and included in your Millennium Prestige account.

⚠️ We’ll help you do this via the Millennium website. You will need your User Code and Multichannel Access Code, so if you haven’t registered your account yet, please check out these instructions first.

Step 1: Go to the Millennium website

If you haven’t already registered your account, please check out these instructions to do so.

Step 2: Login

Use your User Code and Multichannel Access Code to login. 

You may also need your phone close by to receive a one-time Authorization Code by SMS. 

Step 3: Hover over “Cards” tab

In the pink row near the top, hover your mouse over the "Cards" tab (near the right side)

Step 4: Click on "Apply"

In the window that shows up, on the left-most column under "Apply for a card", you'll see "Apply". 

Click this!

Step 5: Select the "Prestige Débito" card

Scroll down until you see this card. 

Click Apply.

Step 6: Complete the application

  1. Type the name you want on your card
  2. Choose whether you want to receive the PIN by mail or by SMS
    1. PIN by mail is recommended, since it's free (note that sending the PIN by mail may take a few weeks)
    2. PIN by SMS: costs €10, but you'll receive it right away
  3. Agree to the General Conditions
  4. Click "Submit / Continue"

Step 7: Wait for PIN to arrive...

This can take up to a few weeks if it was sent by mail - it will get sent to the address the bank has on file for you.

To check where the PIN will get sent to, visit your Account Info or My Profile area.

If it was sent by SMS, you should receive it in a few minutes.

Step 8: Report PIN received

  1. Go back to the Millennium website and login (see Step 1)
  2. Hover over "Cards" tab
  3. Under "Manage": 
    1. Click "Confirm PIN reception"
  4. Select the card you requested, and confirm that you received your PIN by entering it when requested.

Step 9: Wait for card to arrive

Again, this can take around 3-4 weeks to arrive. It'll be sent to the address the bank has on file for you.

To check where your cards will get sent to, visit your Account Info or My Profile area.

Step 10: Report Card received

  1. Go back to the Millennium website and login (see Step 1)
  2. Hover over "Cards" tab
  3. Under "Manage": 
    1. Click "Confirm reception of Card"
  4. Select the card you requested, and confirm that you received your card by entering the information

You're all set! You're ready to use your Millennium Prestige debit card.
