What should I include in a declaration letter to prove my job title as a business owner?
If you are submitting a declaration letter from your business partner to confirm your title as the owner or founder, please ensure the letter includes the following:
- Must be written on your company’s official letterhead.
- Complete name of your company should be included.
- Registered business address of your company must be stated.
- Must be dated within the past 3 months.
- Your complete name must be included.
- Must be signed by a company director, co-founder, admin manager, or HR manager.
- Job title must be explicitly stated.
- Acceptable: include CEO, COO, Founder, Executive, Director, Manager, etc.
- Not acceptable: Partner, Business Owner, Company Owner, and Shareholder are not acceptable.
